- Horrible indian mentality; for them, you are slave working there and you should be good with the TAs (not gonna mention names but pretty sure in Krakow they know who) talking to you with screams or not respecting you. HR will only give them a small warming and that's all because well, they are indians and they are the one running everything. - Total control about what you do, zero freedom. - Impossible workload that benefits the indians. Training for the work is horrible and after 3 weeks they expect you to be an expert in the matter. - They are hiring people with 0 skills and knowledge for cloud engineer position, and then, once you are there, they expect you to know everything and to don't bother TAs. - Zero work from home policy, If you are sick and you want to work from home then nope, take sick leave and get paid less. If you have to take care of your child they will accept but with limitations. And If you have a disability they don't give the most minimal care, they will ask you to come to office at least 2 or 3 days even if you are in wheelchairs and it takes you 3 hours to reach work. - Salary is 7500 ZL gross for a cloud engineer position when the average in Poland is way above, but they will excuse themselves with "We offer Cloud Academy for free and you are working with a huge company". Promotions and salary raises in Poland are only basically for indians. - Work overloads are the daily basis. Stress is guaranteed because they need to meet their SLA no matter what. If not you will have the project manager (V....a) complaining and creating useless meetings to talk you (usunięte przez administratora) and berate you. - Once you give your resignation, you are a traitor. Don't expect HR to reach you or answer your mails, they will simply stop caring about you. - Reaching HR onsite is harder than getting unicorn's blood. They are never there.

I see some unfaithful, ungrateful people writing bad comments here so I had to write a genuine feedback as an ex-LTI employee. 1. Most of the management is Indian(I can understand the fact that it’s an Indian company and since they want the projects to be successful they get the talent already existing so the projects can be successful) I see they are the ones who work hard. Probably that’s one of the reasons there are getting soo much hate. While we always complain and talk about policies and loopholes and badmouth. 2. While I see many of them complaining they get less salary, even I got the same 8k but they don’t talk about the opportunity/knowledge which they gave. I’ve got triple the offer after LTI which I don’t think I would have got if not for this company. If you are not happy with salary they give don’t join or leave like me who is stopping? Unless you know that nobody would hire you. 3. There’s always few of us who wants to take salary without doing anything. And when we were asking about the work we are supposed to do, we call it micromanagement. So, mostly the people you see complaining are the ones I dint like the most and made me move out. While I deliver the best and take same salary and they take it doing nothing and always apply for sick leave. 4. WFH - probably they might have their reasons for it but could have been better if we have hybrid mode and given us the opportunity to come when we can.( on the other side looking at most of the employees, I too would doubt if I want to give WFH if I am their manager) 5. Recreational activities are very less, while we are mostly busy working, having some games and sport activities once in a while should boost employee morale. 6. HR is not approachable. They have same no of HR when they were 50 employees and at 500 not sure what is the situation now. Lastly don’t just go with what everyone says, in fact not even mine. but understand no one would give salary for free when you don’t do your work and no employee is always satisfied with what they get. Though I may have worked just close to a year I had learned many things from here and I’m grateful for that.

Co do organizacji w firmie, to chodzi tez o organizację pracy, czy tylko organizacja związana z wysyłaniem pieniędzy? Np. przydzielanie obowiązków nowym osobom w firmie jak wygląda? jest tu odpowiednie zorganizowanie wprowadzenie?

Od trzech lat hindusi męczą mnie kontaktując się ze mną na temat pozycji w tej firmie i to różnych pisząc, że jestem odpowiednim kandydatem prosząc o podpisanie, że tylko z nimi będę się kontaktować. He is obviously lying, misleading people. that company is as bad as hell. I feel sorry for people getting minimum and being abused and pushed by managers that they have zero respect for the agents. I hope they will close because it is not a good place at all. I don't understand how people are getting 7000 while some are getting 14k and what shocking is that the one getting 7k doing more work and being under ppressure and stress. people don't come to this company

Totally not worthy. Its simply a horrible company with horrible values. There is not enough amount of free courses that they can offer that can compensate the overwork and the work environment that you will have to deal with, and more even if you are a woman is a workplace where 80% of the people are guys and 20% of them are indians.

It is a horrible place honestly. I would advise people to not work there. you will suffer, lot of stress, lot of work. some people are getting 14k while others are receiving 7k for the same tasks and the management there is terrible.

If salary disrepancy is huge, lets say someone who is TA earns 8,5 K and the other more than 22 K per month then this is obviously salary discrimination for the same job, on the same position. This should be reported to Panstwowa Inspekcja Pracy straigh away.

So true what is written, very sad to see how low someone can stop for few pennies more, we are well aware why V-Gina and V-Gina puppets are singing songs for those so called leaders who are nothing less than criminals themselves , Learn to respect the land and soil who gave you chance to elevate yourself , but as they say you can take the boy out of the country but cannot take the country out of the boy , a seasoned criminal as they have been in their own land will always be a the same anywhere . i wish they grow a pair to be honest but as short as they are and low as they are this seems like an impossible state.

Run away as fast as you can from this place. Biggest mistake I have ever done. I love to see how the main indian manager is trying to push another indians to come to this page and add positive reviews when he is the first one to scream, insult and berate them. Should we also mention that he forces them to work overtime and sometimes even on weekend without paying anything? This company is heading to disaster which will lead to two possible outcomes, 1. Keep bringing indians with fake visas (because let's remind that the work they do can be done literally by every single polish person, so they are not necessary) so the company will be run like they do in India, or 2. simply they will fire everyone and they will move to other country. There's nothing I can say that haven't been said already here. Don't read positive comments, literally any single soul here would say anything good from this company.

Worst company I have ever been to. They will not tell you many things on the interview and once you join the company you will realize that you made a huge mistake. Full of restriction. People leaving the company every week. High management will not do anything except pushing you for results. They don't care why people leave and I think the first ones to leave should be them

This company they don't appreciate their employees at all, no respect. This is my first time i see that cursing is totally fine and allowed, screaming during meetings with absolutely zero professionalism. They give a training of 3 weeks and they expect you to deliver the work of an expert engineer which doesn't make any sense. My advice to any one receiving an offer from them just don't come otherwise you will regret it. The salaries difference is unbelievable 7500 for some people and almost double for others it's insane plus the stress and the atmosphere. It was one my worst decision i ever made and i really regret it. Hope people they will be aware of what's going on in this company and stay away from it

The company has no values, they don't care about the mental health of their employees, they only care about making sure that no one is taking a long break, too much stress and lot of work. every day is a stressfull day plus the huge gape in salaries some gets 7500 while others are getting more than 10k. they are both doing the same job moreover they will lie to you about the language bonus, they don't pay for languages. anyone thinking about working for them save your time and your mental health and run away

This company will lie to you from the very beginning. Once you get it, high management will be everywhere controlling you. No phones allowed as many other things. They will not provide training but instead, they will want you to self learn everything. Salaries are a joke and they are more worried about which benefit they can cut out to save money for the company. This indian mentality is not compatible with Europe. Also, indian managers will treat other indians badly. Thankfully I left this nightmare

What we can say about LTIMindtree that is not currently here? I think the opinion from our colleague Stanislaw is the closest to reality. As someone who is working currently here and that is applying in LinkedIn to every single possible job to leave this hell I can confirm that: 1. Micromanagement everywhere. They will control every single thing, whether you are more than 5 minutes in the bathroom or 5 minutes drinking a coffee, but hey, overtime they dont control it ;) 2. Fake promises. You wont get a proper training, you wont get any kind of help from anyone because usually TAs are doing their stuff and will leave you in "message viewed" and thats all. Are you facing issues? well, go to internet and check in MS learn; you still have the issue after that? Well, bad luck, we will escalate you anyway lol. 3. Salaries: is a joke. Basically the guy sitting (usunięte przez administratora) next to you doing the same can be getting 17K gross while you are getting 7.5K. Why? good question, Im asking this to myself since I joined. Basically if you have the luck of getting hired through some external company MAYBE you will be luck to get some good money. Remember, Cloud positions in Krakow are paid above 15k, DO NOT ACCEPT LESS! 4. Language bonus: They are like mermaids, basically dont exist. Offers from LinkedIn ARE A LIE. They DO NOT give bonus for language. They will take advantage as much a possible of you because well, "you are a team member", so if you speak german, spanish, italian, danish, or other language get prepared to get every single ticket in that language. During the interview ASK FOR MORE MONEY if you speak German, Spanish or Danish. They cannot find people because everyone is aware of the things they are doing there. 5. Stress. They will pretend you are an expert in Azure from the very beginning, even if you have 0 experience. Now, imagine hows the feeling having 30 tickets, which you cannot solve because you have 0 idea, anyone helps you, clients are reaching you all the time getting angrier and angrier, having threats in your back with escalations, etc.. I would prefer to be working in Zabka than here. 6. Benefits: well, every single month they are taking benefits from the employees. No more holidays bonus, there is no transportation bonus (where in multiple companies in krakow they already pay you for your ticket), in Christmas they give you 100 points in mybenefit (super! yuju!, thanks mindtree, let me kiss your feet). Wouldn't surprise me if someday they will start firing people so Copilot, ChatGPT can do their job (in fact, currently chatGPT is more useful than every single manager and TA there). 7. Project leaders: there is only one person and is useless. His only work is insult, scream, pretend that he really cares and check who is with the phone or with the bottle of water open. In reality he is just there warming the chair and thats all (dont know why he needed to come from that far if I can do that for half his salary xD) Every single positive review you will see about Mindtree in this page literally has been made by management. There is currently ANYONE who would write something good about this company. Even people from HR is planning to leave because the situation is unmanageable. Wanna know the funny part about this? They care more about the comments in this webpage than about fixing the current situation :) (I guess we will have in a couple days a "important" meeting to check who is writting this hihihihihihi). Also, most likely LTIMindtree is paying to this webpage for the score, how is possible that if 95% if the revies are negative they have 3.4? They are currently worst than HCL, so its surprisiing. Anyway, stay away from this place, is toxic, will drain your life and energy and at the end you will want simply to quit :)

Worst company I have been. Many things are promised during the interview and integration such as training and the only thing they do is give you links and videos for self learning. The work environment is hostile. High management will care about what bottle are you using or if you are checking your phone for a second. Too much micromanagement and unreal expectations. They will not give you all the tools you need and they will expect you to give 110%. Don't make the same mistake I did and come to this company. Avoid it at any cost!!!

The company has been cutting on benefits since last year such us the vacation bonus or even worst, paying only 7500 pln for senior engineers. No trainings, unreal workload and full of restrictions. Even checking your phone is forbidden. You will be forced to work from the office while some people will work from home. This company became a disaster and there is only one person in HR because the other ones left due to all this. Don't come to this company if you want to become a (usunięte przez administratora) and work on weekends.

Is easy, when they hire someone through LinkedIn they offer more money. Usually they offer more money to those who has more knowledge or more experience in the field because they know they will be able to use them to train other people... If you are planning to work there simply run away.

To anyone who is planning to work in this company or is having a recruitment process. Do not accept the 7500 Zł the offer, your work worth more and the workload you will have will end up killing you for that moneh. In LinkedIn recruiters hired by Mindtree are offering more than 15k for some positions, so negotiate better your salary and if they say no simply agree and don't join such a horrible company. If you speak German, french, Spanish or other language ask for more money from the very beginning, because they WONT give you and they will use you for every single ticket in your language. I'm still wondering how's possible they hace 3.5/5 rating here when they have only had reviews. Most likely they are just paying to have good reviews because every single employee that starts in Mindtree wants to resign after 3 months. Currently they are controlling even if you are in the kitchen for more than 10 minutes, it's just matter of time that when I will be (usunięte przez administratora) they will come knocking the door asking me to come back. I see the cleaning ladies literally doing more work than HR. I joined 2 months ago and Im already applying for other positions.

Still wondering how is possible that this company has a 3.75 when mostly of the reviews are negatives xD Brief summarize, avoid working in this place, any offer they will make is a joke. They offer people 7.5K gross and to other people, for the same work they offer 20k, its ridiculous. Na rozmowie technicznej na DevOpsa zamiast pytań o na myślenie (jak zaimplementować X, jak rozwiązać sytuację Y, itp.) lub zdań było tylko bombardowanie szczegółami, które nikomu do niczego nie są potrzebne na co dzień. A jak już są, to sobie człowiek znajdzie w dokumentacji w kilka sekund. Przykłady: * na jakim porcie działa Puppet * jaki keyword w Ansible uruchamia handler * jaka jest różnica między ADD i COPY w Dockerfile * jaki plugin w Jenkinsie odpowiada za SonarQube * jak dodasz nową grupę w Linuksie, a później przypiszesz do niej istniejącego użytkownika Na 1/4 pytań odpowiedziałem zgodnie z prawdą: "Jakbym potrzebował to wiedzieć, to bym wygooglował, bo taka rzecz jest nieistotna na co dzień, tylko jednorazowo podczas setupowania danego narzędzia lub jak coś się zepsuje.". Choć tak naprawdę wszystkie pytania zasługiwały na taką odpowiedź. Za każdym razem, gdy Pan Hindus to usłyszał, to pojawiał się uśmiech na jego twarzy ;) Mam wrażenie, że Pan Hindus nawet nie wie, na czym polega rola DevOpsa, tylko ktoś mu dał kartkę z przygotowanymi pytaniami z jakiegoś egzaminu z politechniki. Na feedback nawet nie czekam. Nie widzi mi się pracowanie z ludźmi z łapanki, o których wiadomo tylko tyle, że mogą mieć wiedzę akademicką.
