Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Provide technical support to employees (first line of support);
  • Handling requests in the system;
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware endpoint devices;
  • Understanding and managing basic network aspects, including firewall configuration, VLANs and network protocols;
  • Configuring data communications equipment;
  • Providing access to the corporate network through structured cabling;
  • Creating technical documentation and manuals;
  • Inventorying equipment;

Nasze wymagania

  • Minimum of two years experience in a similar position;
  • Good knowledge of English - required condition;
  • Basic knowledge of networks, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls and security protocols - required condition;
  • Knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 11 and MS Office to analyze and resolve issues;
  • Proactive attitude and commitment;
  • Self-reliance and good work organization;
  • Availability and willingness to travel within Europe;
  • An active B-category driver's license;
